The competition, themed “Better World: See & Share,” is co-guided by the Department of International Cooperation and the Department of Network Audio-visual Program Management of the NRTA. It is jointly hosted by the Radio and Television Administration of Shandong Province, the Office of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, and the Rizhao Municipal People’s Government. The event aims to harness the creative energy of global short video creators, showcasing the unique charm of diverse civilizations through dynamic and engaging short-form content. By fostering cross-cultural dialogue, the competition seeks to enhance international understanding and mutual trust, ultimately painting a new vision of harmonious coexistence among human civilizations.
